




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage quotations, sales and payment control, merchandise tracking, and provide support to the Director. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end quotation management and sales control 2. Inventory and merchandise tracking 3. Support for the Director’s schedule and public relations Requirements: * Completed high school education * \+1 year of experience in administrative roles * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Basic\-intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Sense of urgency and follow-up capability Responsibilities: * Prepare sales quotations according to information provided by the Director * Maintain records and control of quotations, sales, and payments for a top client * Request product inventory from the Operations Department * Ensure merchandise ready for client delivery is accurate when required * Follow up on weekly and monthly meeting minutes * Track merchandise with clients and merchandise already returned to the warehouse * Manage the Director’s schedule and public relations follow-up We Offer: * Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 09:30–18:30; Friday, 09:30–18:00 * Monthly net salary of $12,000 * Statutory benefits Work Location: Av.
