




We are looking for an Administrative Assistant eager to join our team and actively participate in its daily operations. The mission of this position is to provide support in operational and assistance tasks that ensure order, coordination, and optimal performance of the department’s activities, directly contributing to its efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Managing calendars, meeting rooms, and tracking commitments and agreements. * Maintaining digital/physical files and taking meeting minutes. * Receiving and conducting initial coordination with suppliers and visitors. * Managing office supplies, organizing events, and formatting presentations. * Preparing instructional materials for presentations. * Collaborating with the Accounting department. **Candidate Requirements:** * Technical degree in Administration or recent graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and capacity to perform repetitive tasks accurately. * Proactive, responsible individual with initiative and openness to learning and teamwork. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary between $12,500 and $15,000, tax-free. * Weekly payments. * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing internal and external vendor-provided training. * Medium-term career growth opportunities.
