Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to perform conceptual, basic, and detailed design of HVAC installation projects, including preparation of technical memoranda, specifications, and calculations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conceptual and engineering design of HVAC installations 2. Preparation of technical memoranda, specifications, and concept catalogs 3. Generation of diagrams, detailed drawings, and thermal calculations Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, licensed and certified * 5 years of experience in design of HVAC installation projects—including air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust, chilled water systems—for buildings, shopping centers, and residential complexes * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP * Knowledge of Mexican standards and regulations, ASHRAE manuals, and Carrier standards * Experience supervising construction of HVAC projects is desirable Responsibilities: * Conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering design * Preparation of technical memoranda, specifications, and concept catalogs * Generation of single-line diagrams, detailed drawings, isometric drawings, equipment schedules, thermal calculations, equipment selection, quantity take-offs, and required technical specifications Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Experience: * HVAC Designer: 5 years (Desirable) * REVIT usage: 2 years (Desirable) Work Location: Remote/hybrid in 03810, Naples, CDMX
