At **Hermes Internacional**, a leading company in coding solutions and industrial equipment, we are growing and want to bring on board talent that enjoys solving problems, learning, and creating exceptional service experiences. **What Will You Do in This Role?** You will be responsible for providing technical support to our client portfolio, performing: * Equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance. * On-site or remote diagnostics and solutions. * Equipment demonstrations and on-site technical support. * Preparation of reports and follow-up on requests.
