Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Commercial Engineer to support the commercial department by managing quotations, suppliers, and customer relationships for the marketing of industrial electrical equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key support in the commercial area and customer service. 2. End-to-end management of quotations and supplier relationships. 3. Development of commercial agreements and identification of new suppliers. We seek your talent to support the commercial department of a Spanish company specializing in the industrial marketing of electrical equipment and materials, such as: **ADMINISTRATIVE COMMERCIAL TECHNICIAN** *Requirements:* * Industrial, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineer. * Intermediate Technical English. * 2–3 years of experience in sales of electrical and industrial equipment and customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD viewer. * General knowledge of telecommunications, electrical materials/equipment, and HVAC. *Responsibilities:* * Receive quotation requests from external sales staff, upload them, and compile related files. * Prepare quotations with suppliers for products and/or services according to customer requirements. * Request budgets from suppliers. * Submit quotations for review. * Register new suppliers in the system. * Respond to customer inquiries. * Jointly review purchase orders against quotations. * Upload signed and/or stamped contracts into the relevant file. * Maintain close communication with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed terms (e.g., delivery dates and additional requirements, where applicable). * Identify new suppliers and develop commercial agreements and relationships. *Competencies:* * Assertiveness * Communication * Teamwork * Persuasion and negotiation * Customer service orientation * Problem handling and resolution *Benefits:* * Monthly gross salary * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday, 100% on-site * Work location: Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
