This is a client\-facing role where structured communication and presentation skills are essential. You will: * Conduct live onboarding sessions via Zoom * Deliver clear, structured product walkthroughs * Explain platform features in a simple and practical way * Respond to client questions thoughtfully and professionally * Represent Smart Apartment Data in a positive and professional manner This position focuses on external client training rather than internal HR training. **Requirements** * 1\+ years of experience in client\-facing training, onboarding, or customer education within a software or SaaS environment OR experience in customer success, implementation, or enablement that included leading training sessions * Strong professional English communication skills suitable for presenting to U.S.\-based clients * Comfortable leading live virtual sessions for professional audiences * Professional virtual presence and presentation skills * Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace * We welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who meet the core requirements of this role. **Bonus Points:** * Software training or onboarding background * Ability to learn and explain software quickly * Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation * Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus * Handled high\-value or demanding customers **Benefits** * 100% Remote, location independent * Compensation: $2000 per month (based on relevant experience and demonstrated skills)
