Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:** **Specific Technical Knowledge:** * Thermal treatments and metallurgical analysis. * International standards for hardness, microhardness, tensile strength testing (e.g. AWS, ASME). * Interpretation of metallurgical results in aluminum, steel and other materials. * Statistical process control (SPC, MSA), KPIs and Core Tools. * Measurement equipment and heat treatment furnaces. * Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on metallurgical equipment. **Tools and Systems:** * Intermediate knowledge of statistics and data analysis. * Use of software for process or measurement control (Excel, furnace monitoring systems, etc.). **Languages:** * Intermediate English (essential for interpretation of technical standards and communication with customers or suppliers). **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
