Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Cafeteria Supervisor to manage operations, personnel, and ensure quality and hygiene standards in food production and service. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for occupational well-being and compliance with HSE policies **We are looking for:** ### **Industrial Cafeteria Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Completed high school education. No issue relocating or living near the site. * **Experience and proficiency in:** * Proficiency in NOM251/NMX\-F\-605 regulations * Hygienic food handling * Basic arithmetic and percentage calculation (calculating ingredient quantities for large-scale preparation) Raw material handling and storage * **Responsibilities:** * Train newly hired staff. * Monitor raw material receiving and storage activities, ensuring adherence to the FIFO method. * Supervise food production carried out by the cook(s) and their support staff. * Conduct witness sampling prior to service commencement. * Ensure proper temperature measurement and accurate recording. * Perform and verify counting of meal tickets/plates served during the assigned shift. * Maintain and review inventory records, invoice logs, and portion control. * Ensure cafeteria facilities are in suitable condition for operation. * Supervise staff entry and exit from the site according to established standards. * Responsible for submitting accurately completed attendance lists to administrative staff on required dates. * Conduct tastings with the client, address feedback, and generate corresponding written documentation. * Verify proper setup, service delivery, and cafeteria operations. * Report incidents to management or immediate supervisor. * Responsible for complying with the Client’s and ISS’s HSE and quality policies and guidelines. * Assume responsibility for the occupational well-being of team members under supervision. **Shift:** * Afternoon shift **We offer:** * Biweekly salary * Statutory benefits * Uniforms Subsidized cafeteria * **Work location:** FINSA Querétaro III Industrial Park
