We are a company dedicated to the production, processing, and commercialization of specialty coffee—both green and roasted—based in Coatepec, Veracruz. We seek proactive, committed individuals passionate about building market presence within a growing project. Requirements: * 2–3 years of experience in: Sales (prospecting and closing customers) * Negotiation and follow-up skills * Results-oriented mindset * Prior experience in coffee, hospitality, or food & beverage is desirable * Personal mobility * Self-managed * Knowledge of the local market * Basic administrative knowledge Responsibilities: **Customer Prospecting and Direct Contact** * Identify and engage customers (cafés, restaurants, hotels, gourmet stores, and potential distributors). * Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Management team. **Account Management** * Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat orders. * Follow up on deliveries, invoicing, and customer satisfaction. * Negotiate and close sales. * Negotiate prices and terms within established guidelines. **Product Promotion** * Explain roast profiles, coffee origin, and competitive advantages. * Organize tastings, trainings, and presentations for customers. * Market analysis and reporting * Monitor competition and pricing trends. * Prepare visit, sales, and forecasting reports for the Sales Management team. **Internal Coordination** * Collaborate with roasting and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries. * Verify invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up with support from the billing and collections team. * Keep the manager informed of progress and any customer-related issues. We Offer: * Base salary of $15,000.00 MXN per month (gross), paid biweekly. * Quarterly bonus of $7,500.00 MXN upon achievement of objectives (budget-based). * Monthly commission of 4.5% on invoiced and collected amounts for the prior month. * Statutory benefits. * Discounts and preferential pricing on coffee and other services offered by the company. * Hybrid work model: 80% remote work and fieldwork (prospecting and closing customers), 20% in-person work (if required to attend our offices in CDMX or Coatepec, Veracruz). Schedule: Availability to work from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Location: Querétaro.
