




Job Summary: This position seeks a professional to execute and monitor digital marketing and online sales activities, managing social media, content, customers, and the website. Key Highlights: 1. Operationally manage social media accounts for multiple companies within the group. 2. Design graphics and digital content while maintaining brand consistency. 3. Track leads and support the closing of digital sales. **Required Profile** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred). **Experience** * 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online sales. * Experience handling potential customers via digital channels is preferred. * Experience managing multiple brands or business lines is preferred. **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in corporate social media platforms. * Graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar). * Digital sales and customer tracking. * Basic website administration (WordPress or other platforms). * Use of analytics and reporting tools. * Digital customer service. **Job Objective** Execute and monitor digital marketing and online sales activities across the group’s various companies, ensuring proper operation of social media accounts, content creation, prospect engagement and follow-up, and website updates—thereby generating commercial opportunities and supporting business growth. **Main Responsibilities** **1. Operational Social Media Management** * Manage social media accounts for various companies within the group (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, WhatsApp Business, among others). * Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar. * Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries from potential customers. * Route prospects to the sales team or conduct initial follow-up per established procedures. **2. Graphic Design and Digital Content** * Design visual assets for posts, campaigns, promotions, and digital advertisements. * Adapt messaging and designs to suit each business line. * Maintain visual and brand consistency across all digital channels. * Assist in creating conversion-focused advertising copy. **3. Online Sales and Lead Tracking** * Follow up on potential customers generated through social media, the website, and digital campaigns. * Record and update prospect information. * Support digital sales closure or schedule appointments with the commercial team. * Monitor lead status and conversion rates. **4. Website Administration** * Update website content (services, promotions, images, forms). * Verify proper functionality of contact forms. * Assist in basic site optimization for customer acquisition. * Coordinate technical adjustments with external vendors when necessary. **5. Support for Advertising Campaigns** * Assist in executing digital advertising campaigns. * Monitor basic campaign performance metrics. * Implement operational adjustments as directed by the Team Lead or Management. **6. Analysis and Reporting** * Monitor key metrics: reach, engagement, leads generated, and digital sales. * Prepare periodic performance reports. * Identify opportunities to improve digital content and processes.
