Your work will be supervised by our Head Chef or Manager. **Requirements:** · Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience. · Ability to perform basic preparations such as bases, creams, and sauces. · Proficiency in chopping and using the griddle. · Ability to follow instructions, disciplined, organized, and clean while working. · Recognition of the importance of following procedures and willingness to adhere to them. · Enjoyment of teamwork. · Enthusiasm for learning. **Responsibilities:** Work at the restaurant; the kitchen team consists of 7 people. Perform kitchen duties at the restaurant: food preparation, plating, dessert preparation, cleaning the work area, organizing, portioning. Prepare food in the kitchen for the event hall, following orders when events are held in the party hall or terrace. Supervise kitchen assistants if left in charge of the team. Serve buffet or taco bar during events. Conduct inventory counts to place production orders. **Schedule:** Midweek day off. Rotating schedule.
