ORGANIZE AND MANAGE OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE UNIT 2. IMPLEMENT AND OVERSEE FOOD HYGIENE AND SAFE HANDLING PRACTICES 3. COORDINATE RAW MATERIAL MANAGEMENT TO OPTIMIZE CONSUMPTION 4. MAINTAIN PRODUCT AND SERVICE QUALITY 5. TIMELY AND PROPER SUBMISSION OF ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL DOCUMENTS (PAYROLLS, ATTENDANCE LISTS, PETTY CASH RECORDS, INVENTORY LISTS, INVENTORY FORMS, DELIVERY NOTES) 6. PREPARE A FOLDER CONTAINING STANDARDS TO BE SUPERVISED BY THE CONTACT PERSON AND OTHER SUPERVISORS 7. PLACE ORDERS ACCORDING TO THE ESTABLISHED MENU 8. PREPARE REQUESTED REPORTS 9. MANAGE PERSONNEL AND ASSIGNED ACTIVITIES 10.
