Maintain up-to-date information; clarify potential doubts; or conduct market evaluations and identify new prospects. Capture required daily operational records in Grupo Posadas’ corporate systems. Enter into corporate computer systems the results of daily, weekly, or monthly sales activities, aligned with sales budgets; take preventive actions to control variations affecting local demand patterns. Achieve sales quotas and goal attainment. Monitor sales actions and the sales team’s efforts to support portfolio exploitation and optimal achievement of objectives; likewise address customer-related variations or issues. Provide attention to local clients who are not fully satisfied with the service received during their stay. Ensure guest satisfaction to encourage prompt rebooking of additional stays at the hotel. Measure degree of goal attainment versus established targets. Submit visit and achievement reports, conducting comparative analysis against both the hotel’s historical results and those of competing hotels.
