You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, foster collaborative relationships, and drive the implementation of business strategies to achieve objectives * Lead and manage operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and targets. * Deliver the safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity for site to ensure customer satisfaction and enable growth. * Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers and government agencies. * Provide leadership and guidance to a team of managers and employees. YOU MUST HAVE * Minimum of 8\-10 years of experience in a similar scope role. * Lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with a proven track record of changing culture and getting results with process simplification. * Proven track record of successfully managing site operations. * Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and employees.
