WORK LOCATION: San Cayetano Industrial Park REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in this or a similar position * Knowledge of hygiene standards and the “Distintivo H” certification RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and coordinate staff * Oversee food production * Knowledge of the “Distintivo H” certification, hygiene standards, and quality standards * Supervise quality standards * Develop menus * Manage personnel * Control food waste (shrinkage) * Demonstrate creativity and initiative in proposing new ideas * Record temperatures, timing, and sanitary controls * Report equipment malfunctions or needs * Prepare, season, and cook various dishes Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dining hall service * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
