ACCIONA Energía adheres to the most stringent environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) criteria.** **Job Description** Mission: Coordinate, schedule, and implement the projects he/she leads within his/her operating area, based on established standards and procedures, developing suitable solutions to errors in approach and specific issues of each situation/internal client. This sub\-function is responsible for all activities related with the safety and health of the company’s workers. Its duties include: recognition and assessment of risks of occupational accidents and illnesses, control of risks at the workplace or working facilities, training on risk prevention and dissemination of the importance of this prevention, recording of information and analysis of information, advising and technical support to the company’s employees.**Candidate Requirements** * Establish, define, and coordinate the necessary activities to ensure compliance with OSH requirements. * Calculate, execute, and annually monitor the OSH department budget. * Represent the company before external governmental and private bodies requiring attention on OSH matters. * Establish, monitor, and enforce OSH plans and programs through the human and material resources available. * Establish and monitor OSH indicators for processes to evaluate the company’s OSH performance. * Responsible for establishing and proposing improvements to the company’s OSH performance. * Comply with objectives and policies of management systems.
