The objective of this position is to ensure proper execution of service processes, guarantee customer satisfaction, and maintain efficient control over workshop operations in accordance with brand-established standards. **Responsibilities** **Workshop Management:** * Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the performance of the technical team. * Assign work orders based on capabilities and operational workload. * Verify diagnostics, repairs, execution times, and quality tests. * Ensure compliance with safety, order, cleanliness, and proper tool usage standards. **Customer Service and Support:** * Receive vehicles, generate repair orders, and explain procedures to customers. * Continuously track the status of each vehicle. * Clearly and professionally communicate costs, timelines, and work performed. * Deliver vehicles and confirm full customer satisfaction. **Service Department Operations:** * Data entry into DMS/CRM systems and report generation. * Support in parts inventory management and administrative control of work orders. * Adhere to brand- and dealership-established guidelines, processes, and metrics. **Requirements** * Minimum of 1 **year** of experience in automotive workshops or service departments. * Technical automotive knowledge (diagnostics, repairs, and safety regulations). * Proficiency in administrative or management systems. * Customer orientation, effective communication, and leadership skills. * Organization, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Job stability and a professional work environment.
