Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and diesel systems. **WORKSHOP AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER** Coordinate, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring all units and equipment operate under the highest standards of efficiency and safety. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance Management – Design and supervise the preventive maintenance plan for heavy machinery and industrial equipment. Team Leadership – Supervise technical staff (welders and warehouse personnel), assign tasks, and evaluate performance. Inventory Control – Manage spare parts stock. Safety and Regulatory Compliance Technical Diagnosis PROFILE Mechanical or industrial engineering degree, or related technical field, with extensive experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory roles within industrial workshops or heavy machinery operations. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, diesel systems, welding, and budget management. Strong leadership skills, ability to solve problems under pressure, and excellent organizational skills.
