Position Summary: Supervise the management and coordination of all warehouse activities—from receiving to shipping—to ensure inventory efficiency and proper storage. Key Highlights: 1. Maintains the warehouse in good condition and pursues continuous improvement. **Base Salary: $10,000 to $13,000 FREE** Mission: Supervise the management and coordination of all warehouse activities—from goods receipt to shipment—with the objective of ensuring efficient inventory management and correct storage. Minimum Required Experience: 1 year in this position Responsibilities: * Warehouse Receipts: Receive materials entering the warehouse and record the receipt in the system to generate the corresponding entry record. * Warehouse Dispatches: Upon material dispatch, verify that the material requested by the employee is supported by a work order or internal consumption voucher in the system. The employee must sign the dispatch slip, and the warehouse supervisor delivers the requested items. * Special Tools: Maintain accurate control over special tool loans and administer them per established procedures. In case of overdue tools, send an email with the tool voucher number and ensure proper follow-up. Report any asset damage and track its replacement. * Inventory Management: Supervise inventory management to maintain balance among stock levels, movements, and demand for each consumable, tool, etc. In case of discrepancies, notify the immediate supervisor and involved personnel via email. * Replenishment Requests: Review and process documentation for timely warehouse replenishment, conducting weekly reviews of minimum and maximum stock levels to ensure employees have necessary materials to perform their duties. * Maintenance: Maintain the warehouse in good condition, including regular cleaning, equipment maintenance, and proper placement of goods in designated locations, complying with the 5S principles. * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement improvement strategies to optimize resource utilization.
