Commercial company distributing various products **Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 8:00–13:00 hrs Work location: Col. Mexico Nuevo Atizapán de Zaragoza Education level: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or minimum internship status Experience required in: Material receipt and dispatch; immediately report and resolve any inventory discrepancies occurring during the day—do not leave until discrepancies are resolved in the system; report all inventory discrepancies to General Management at all times; receive, organize, and distribute goods; compare received goods against Purchase Orders (POs); inspect goods for compliance with specifications and quality requirements stated in the PO. **Fully responsible for monthly physical vs. logical inventory reconciliation and inventory adjustments.** Responsible for delivering raw materials to production; validate delivery orders for production closure; report shortages and overages per production order, warehouse receipt, and warehouse shipment; comply with established standards and procedures; ensure optimal restocking, receiving, and recordkeeping.
