WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT WE SEEK RESPONSIBLE, PROACTIVE, AND ORGANIZED PERSONNEL WITH PROPER ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL OF PRODUCTS WITHIN THE WAREHOUSE, FUNCTIONAL TO GUARANTEE SUPPLY CHAIN EFFICIENCY AND TIMELY DELIVERY FULFILLMENT AT BRANCH LEVEL. Responsibilities: 1. Receive, inspect, and store goods in the warehouse. 2. Prepare orders and shipments according to dispatch instructions. 3. Conduct physical counts and assist with periodic inventory audits. 4. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 5. Label, classify, and organize products according to established procedures. 6. Report incidents, shortages, or damage to goods. 7. Support the warehouse supervisor in basic administrative tasks related to inventory. Skills and Competencies: * Basic proficiency in inventory control systems. * Warehouse safety and hygiene standards. * Use of loading and unloading equipment. * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork and adaptability. * Responsibility and proactivity. * Physical capability to perform loading and goods-handling tasks. Requirements: **Education:** Completed high school diploma or technical degree in logistics, administration, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
