Collaboration in the implementation of technology projects **Responsibilities** Provide on-site and remote technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network, peripherals). * Diagnose, document, and resolve incidents reported by users. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and network devices. * Install and configure operating systems, enterprise applications, and corporate tools. * Support IT inventory management (equipment, licenses, accessories). **Manage data backups and storage monitoring.** * Collaborate in the implementation of technology projects (infrastructure, cameras, cabling, systems). * Document technical procedures and generate service and follow-up reports. * Support user account, access, and password management in accordance with security guidelines. * Escalate critical incidents to the systems administrator or department head when necessary. **Technical Knowledge** * Solid knowledge of hardware and Windows operating systems (10/11, Server). * Installation and configuration of LAN/Wi-Fi networks. * Diagnosis of physical and logical failures in computer equipment. * Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and security policies. * Support for office productivity platforms (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint). * Basic handling of network printers, DVRs, and video surveillance equipment. * Desired knowledge of ticketing or incident management tools.
