The **Supply Chain Manager** is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and optimizing the end‑to‑end supply chain operations for the site, including production control, procurement coordination, inventory management, and logistics. This role ensures material availability, cost efficiency, and on‑time delivery while aligning supply chain strategies with business objectives and operational needs.**About your role** ------------------- ### **Lead and manage supply chain operations (30%)** * Lead and manage the Production Control and Distribution teams, including goal setting, performance management, and capability development. * Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency. * Oversee material planning and production scheduling to support manufacturing and customer demand. * Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, procedures, and operational standards. ### **Drive cross‑functional planning and collaboration (20%)** * Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to align demand forecasts and production plans. * Coordinate capacity planning and adjust production schedules based on demand, constraints, and business priorities. * Support new product introductions and engineering changes by ensuring material readiness and execution alignment. ### **Procurement and supplier coordination (20%)** * Partner with Procurement and strategic suppliers to ensure material availability, quality, and on‑time delivery. * Address and resolve supply disruptions, shortages, or delays impacting production. * Maintain effective supplier relationships and support supplier performance improvement initiatives. ### **Logistics and inventory management (20%)** * Manage logistics and distribution activities, including transportation and warehousing, to optimize cost and delivery performance. * Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to avoid shortages or excess inventory. * Monitor inventory accuracy, turns, and obsolescence, implementing corrective actions as needed. ### **Continuous improvement and cost optimization (10%)** * Identify cost‑saving opportunities across the supply chain and implement improvement initiatives. * Drive operational excellence through data analysis and performance metrics. * Support site‑level continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business targets. **About you** ------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum **5\+ years of experience** in Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, Traffic, and Trade \& Compliance, preferably within **electronics or PCBA manufacturing environments**. * Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations. * Experience working with **ERP and supply chain management systems**. * Solid understanding of transportation, distribution, and regulatory compliance requirements. * Proven leadership and people management experience. * Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. * Advanced English proficiency (90% or higher). * High level of analytical capability, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills. * Comfortable working in dynamic environments with ambiguity and a strong focus on process improvement. **We are an equal opportunity employer.** We take pride in empowering every associate with the tools and confidence to make a difference—everywhere, every day. \#LI\-KRL
