This is your employment opportunity. * Position located in Atizapán, State of Mexico. * Salary range: $17,000.00 – $19,000.00 per month, based on qualifications * **A COMPLETED BACHELOR’S DEGREE OR ENGINEERING DEGREE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.** * **AN ADVANCED LEVEL OF ENGLISH (SPOKEN, READ, AND WRITTEN), VERIFIABLE THROUGH DOCUMENTATION, IS MANDATORY AND DETERMINATIVE IN CANDIDATE SELECTION.** * Maximum age limit: 40 years. * Verify proper receipt and dispatch of goods in the warehouse. * Verify and execute merchandise return authorizations. * Execute outbound operations, load volumes, and consolidated shipments. * Comply with and enforce policies and procedures. * Implement SOP system in the warehouse. * Warehouse administration. * Development and management of KPIs. * Establish close communication with our customers and suppliers. * Report all warehouse-related matters directly to the General Director, Manager, and Group. * Define and analyze opportunities; measure, improve, and control performance—always aiming for the primary objective: customer satisfaction. * Eliminate errors throughout the inbound-to-outbound cycle. * Possess and apply knowledge of federal, state, and local policies regarding proper material handling, correct shipment procedures, and related requirements. * Ensure functional and efficient operations. * Maintain a healthy work environment with staff, featuring ongoing training, feedback, communication, and satisfaction. * Maintain constant communication with HR. * Adhere to the annual budget; prepare the annual budget; analyze variances; correct errors. * Maintain the warehouse in optimal condition; implement new layout proposals; verify proper use and maintenance of machinery; inspect equipment; report and generate repair and replacement orders.
