Ensures parts meet established process and product requirements and specifications, and identifies opportunities to improve internal and external quality performance through proactive, collaborative work with production areas. Ensures follow-up and implementation of actions derived from Plateau. Ensures quality inspections under its responsibility are performed on time relative to flow priorities. Ensures compliance with quality policy and quality system within its area of responsibility. Controls quality assurance; therefore, the Special Processes Quality Leader has the authority to halt any situation or action that could compromise product quality. Ensures appropriate tracking and implementation of QRQC at Levels 1, 2, and 3. Ensures timely and proper handling of product non-conformities—from FAI onward—as well as continuous product improvement jointly with Methods and Production teams, ensuring use of problem-solving standards (QRQC, 8D) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Sigma). Defines quality performance improvement objectives jointly with the Quality Director. Deploys objectives to quality engineers and monitors their performance. Provides daily operational support to Quality Engineers for current and new products. Ensures and participates in planning and execution of process and product audits per AS9100, NADCAP, or internal standards, when qualified as an auditor per applicable standard. Ensures control over personnel qualifications in its area related to quality. Ensures global deployment and implementation of the DVI process across Safran LS QUD (for new products and process/product changes), in coordination with the Central Methods Leader. Administers and manages CASQit \- QIS (Site Administrator), ensuring software implementation per corporate requirements and its maintenance. Ensures implementation and tracking of 8Ds, as well as corporate-wide application of the G8D tool. Organizes and maintains quality-related qualifications for all Safran LS QUD personnel, aiming to enable production area autonomy in inspection activities. Administers and ensures continuity of risk management for the Queretaro site per SLS guidelines. Ensures and manages the CUI system at Safran LS QUD (Site Administrator) and implements its use per corporate requirements. **But what else?
