Your objective will be to position the design, size, and stunning views of our rooms and suites as the must-stay destination for anyone traveling to Mexico City for business, leisure—or ideally, a combination of both. Simultaneously, you will reinforce Mexico’s culinary legacy across our dining venues within the affluent local community. And finally, you will promote our wellness and spa program as Polanco’s most relaxing and rejuvenating sanctuary of peace and longevity. As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the spa’s full operational scope, ensuring excellence in service delivery, adherence to ultra-luxury and Forbes standards, administrative and financial efficiency, and strategic management of a multidisciplinary team of supervisors and frontline staff. This includes implementing processes, leading with vision, supervising service quality, and maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction. Qualifications o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Business Administration, Spa Management, or related field o Experience: Minimum 5 years in managerial roles within luxury or ultra-luxury spas; experience in hotel openings or pre-openings will be considered o Skills: * Empathetic and detail-oriented leadership. * Ability to manage teams. * Knowledge of spa treatments and premium products. * Mastery of luxury standards and anticipatory service. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Financial acumen o Languages: Spanish, advanced spoken and written English o Other: * Familiarity with reservation systems * Availability for rotating shifts and weekends. * Impeccable presentation. * Spa management certifications
