CCTV monitoring and emergency response **Objective** Ensure the proper functioning of security policies and protocols, as well as the personnel assigned to security tasks, in order to achieve maximum efficiency in safeguarding and protecting the company's people, assets, and facilities. **Responsibilities** Monitor attendance and presence of subordinates and report absences to the Asset Security Coordinator. Cover security posts when personnel are absent. Train security guards on various asset security policies. Conduct periodic inspections of work areas to verify activities and report performance deficiencies of personnel under supervision. Submit activity reports to the Asset Security Coordinator. Conduct CCTV investigations. Organize, lead, and inspect private security personnel. Ensure that reports submitted by subordinates are up to date. Supervise guards’ compliance with security standards and procedures. Respond to emergencies and take necessary measures to ensure safety. **Experience in:** CCTV monitoring knowledge Personnel coordination Asset security protocols Ability to operate detection systems and emergency equipment (CCTV, metal detectors, etc).
