We are looking for a **Shift Leader** with experience in the manufacturing sector, responsible for supervising and coordinating production operations, ensuring **personnel safety**, **compliance with quality standards**, **operational efficiency**, and achievement of **production targets** on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * + Supervise operational staff, ensuring proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * + Coordinate and execute the production schedule, optimizing resources and reducing waste. * + Ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO 9001, HACCP, BPM) and the Quality Management System. * + Train and coach staff, as well as evaluate their performance. * + Analyze and resolve operational and machinery-related issues. * + Monitor production records, downtime, and ERP reports. * + Maintain order, cleanliness, and continuous improvement in the production area (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). **Requirements:** * + Technical degree or completed bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Mechatronics or related field). * + Minimum 2 years’ experience as Shift Leader or in a similar role. * + Experience managing operational staff. * + ERP knowledge (Oracle preferred) and basic maintenance skills. * + Availability to rotate shifts.
