




We are seeking an experienced **Security Manager** to plan, coordinate, and supervise security operations, ensuring the protection of people, facilities, and hotel assets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and implement security strategies and protocols. * Supervise and coordinate security personnel. * Assess risks and propose preventive and corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. * Coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies. * Prepare reports and maintain communication with management. * Control access, surveillance systems, and operational procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of security regulations and crisis management. * Leadership, decision-making, and personnel management skills. * Strong communication and report-writing abilities. * Flexible schedule and ability to work under pressure.
