Collaboration with marketing for campaigns and continuous improvement. **Position Objective:** Coordinate traditional sales processes based on Nissan Mexicana and Dealer policies to achieve established objectives regarding productivity, unit volume, profitability, and customer service quality. **Responsibilities:** * Establish monthly Sales Department policies (unit volume, accessory sales, test drives, Credinissan, and off-floor prospects) to define sales advisors’ (floor coverage staff) activities during the corresponding period. * Prepare annual and monthly sales budgets, and set individual sales force objectives under your supervision. * Prepare statistical reports to monitor progress and objective achievement, for reporting to Commercial Management and/or General Management and to Nissan Mexicana. * Supervise that information submitted to Nissan Mexicana via established systems complies with current policies. * Jointly develop marketing campaigns with the marketing department to drive vehicle sales and customer communication. * Participate in meetings coordinated by the marketing department to formulate action plans and continuous improvement initiatives for satisfaction indices. * Implement and track satisfaction index improvement actions established by General Management. * Evaluate satisfaction index improvement strategies and implement preventive or corrective measures through feedback from personnel under your supervision. * Lead the APV team in their duties to ensure personnel consistently meet NSSW standards, guaranteeing strong performance in customer service. * Monitor APVs daily on follow-up conducted for each prospect, supported by the Follow-up Schedules generated by Marketing. * Evaluate APVs’ weekly objective attainment to implement action plans addressing performance deviations. * Timely inform APVs of new policies issued by Nissan Mexicana and the Dealer (inventory, allocations, pricing, financing plans, incentives, etc.) to ensure compliance with such guidelines and enhance results. * Collaborate closely with Luxury Vehicles, SICREA, and Fleet Management departments to ensure achievement of sales objectives. * Supervise the Sales Administrator’s functions to ensure control and supply of Dealer vehicles (registrations, deregistrations, document review for vehicle delivery, vehicle location within the network, and vehicle exchange management). * Supervise the Financing and Insurance Coordinator’s functions to ensure optimal handling of related procedures.
