The candidate will be responsible for implementing the restaurant’s policies and procedures and will contribute to achieving our revenue objectives. The Restaurant Manager will ensure staff perform their duties effectively and deliver satisfactory, efficient, and effective customer service. They will be responsible for offering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service. **Responsibilities** * Maintain restaurant revenue, profitability, and quality objectives. * Ensure efficient restaurant operations. * Maintain high levels of production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. * Supplier relations * Must have managerial experience and front-of-house and kitchen experience. * Knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems * Ongoing training of team members. * Achieve high franchise score ratings * Knowledge of Standard 251 We expect you to know how to supervise the restaurant, verify that everything is running smoothly with customers, and maximize restaurant capacity. Kitchen management experience is also essential, as you will hire service staff, create work schedules, supervise food preparation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant. We expect you to set an example and motivate our staff during the busiest moments in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring our restaurant operates properly and customers enjoy a pleasant experience.
