




Develop recruitment and selection cycle strategies through analysis of selection source indicators to ensure timely and proper coverage of vacancies o Post targeted job advertisements on various social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) to attract more candidates ● Conduct market analysis to identify functional tools for the 2.0 recruitment and selection cycle, with the objective of verifying their feasibility and adapting them to internal processes ● Carry out the selection process by conducting interviews and applying filters to assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes aligned with the requirements of the positions to be filled o Present proposals of potential candidates (minimum 3) to the hiring manager o Request feedback on candidate proposals o Administer assessments (psychometric tests, medical exams, reference checks, socioeconomic studies) to candidates approved by the hiring manager o Prepare and present the economic offer to the selected candidate ● Prepare and compile the new hire’s personnel file, and register them in the system to safeguard information and prevent future incidents ● Notify the training department of new hires to ensure their enrollment in the initial orientation course Job type: Full-time, Probationary period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
