Ensures compliance with IATF 16949:2016. **Hakkai Mexico**, a plastic injection company, is seeking a **Quality Systems Supervisor** with experience in the automotive plastic injection industry, basic knowledge of document control, and supplier interaction. The candidate must demonstrate organization and control, decision-making ability, feedback skills, PC and software proficiency, personnel management, attention to detail, and goal orientation. Preference given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Conducts supplier audits according to the audit plan and follows up on findings. * Manages and follows up on supplier complaints. * Actively participates in the development of new suppliers when required. * Responsible for reviewing and accepting supplier IMDS submissions in the system. * Responsible for document control management, inactive file archiving, and administration of internal/external deviations and quality alerts. * Responsible for developing the internal audit plan, conducting supplier audits, and following up on findings. * Responsible for developing, reviewing, and monitoring procedures and documents applicable to the area based on specific customer requirements (CSRs). * Responsible, jointly with the Quality Manager & Director, for ensuring that the Quality Management System complies with the requirements of the IATF 16949:2016 standard. * Provides support during internal and external audits and customer visits, as well as for generating corrective actions related to findings within their area. * Responsible for monitoring KPIs related to area performance. * Leads continuous improvement and Kaizen activities within their area when required. * Provides multifunctional support to other Quality departments as needed, based on scope.
