




Job Summary: Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems; conducting audits; handling customer complaints; and supervising corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive quality management system administration 2. Conducting internal audits and supplier audits 3. Handling and tracking customer complaints and nonconformities · Ensure that the processes required for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained. · Conduct supplier audits. · Issue IMDS documents to customers as required, and request IMDS documents from suppliers where applicable. · Handle customer complaints and supervise the development of corrective actions. · Track nonconformities until effectiveness verification is completed. · Develop and evaluate internal auditors. · Review and control documents related to the Quality Management System. · Plan, develop, and execute internal audits. · Host external or customer audits. · Train organizational personnel on proper use of QMS documents. · Administer and monitor KPIs. · Track corrective actions. · Supervise nonconforming outputs. · Supervise corrective actions arising from internal issues. · Administer the measurement system (measurement equipment control). · Administer process audits. · Administer product audits. · Supervise quality auditors and lead quality auditors. · Validate and release new products jointly with Design Engineering in special cases. · Prepare PPAP documentation for customers requiring it. · Report any condition that jeopardizes product quality or customer relationships. · Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. · In case of failure to meet KPIs for assigned processes, implement corrective actions to ensure improvement.
