




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring compliance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, including automotive requirements such as PPAP. Key Highlights: 1. Address automotive requirements of Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers. **Department:** Quality / Management Systems **Employment Type:** Full-time Job Objective Ensure compliance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, guaranteeing that processes, products, and services meet customer, regulatory, and organizational requirements, including **automotive requirements such as PPAP**. Key Responsibilities * Implement, maintain, and improve the **ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System**. * **Develop, coordinate, and monitor PPAP** (Level 3 and above). * Address **automotive requirements** of Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers. * Coordinate internal and external audits (customers, certification bodies). * Control and monitor **nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions**. * Develop and control documentation (procedures, work instructions, records). * Ensure compliance with **customer technical specifications, standards, and drawings**. * Train staff on quality topics, PPAP, and continuous improvement. * Analyze KPIs and report to management. * Address and follow up on **customer complaints and customer satisfaction**. Requirements * Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical Engineering or related field. * Minimum **3 years** of experience as Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor. * Solid knowledge of **ISO 9001:2015** (mandatory). * **Proven experience in PPAP** (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PSW). * Experience in industrial processes (preferred: metal-mechanical, coatings, automotive). * Proficiency in audits and quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, Pareto). * Leadership, organization, communication, and results-oriented mindset.
