Knowledge of metallurgy and ISO 9001:2015 **Mechanical Metal Quality Control Manager** **Requirements:** Operation of measuring and precision instruments Understanding of blueprint interpretation Knowledge of metallurgy Pressure systems (pneumatic/mechanical) Bearings Production of non-woven (non-woven fabric) based products Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Implementation of training courses and work systems Vibration analysis Inspect finished products to verify conformity with drawings, and generate quality control reports Conduct blade cutting tests, assemble cutting and sealing modules, and collect evidence such as photos and videos Anticipate situations that may affect product quality by reviewing intermediate production processes before non-conformities occur Manage the equipment calibration program, performing internal verification of each instrument and arranging external calibration to ensure proper functionality and accurate measurements of parts Issue inspection reports for certain components, identifying their condition upon receipt, to inform customers about required work on those components Collaborate with the production department to develop alternative solutions for certain products due to design changes or process variations, enabling continuation of already-verified processes Provide technical consultation to customers, including on-site visits to customer plants for component assembly and/or evaluation of component performance in specific cases **What We Offer:** From $18,000 to $19,000\.
