




Job Summary: Supervise quality process activities, quality management system, and calibration services, implementing continuous improvement actions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Approve and validate results of internal audits and document changes Responsibilities: Supervise activities arising from the quality process and quality management system (QMS). Supervise calibration, measurement, testing, and traceable repair services in the customer service process. Implement actions derived from risk and opportunity analysis, nonconformities, and corrective actions associated with the processes for which responsibility lies. Execute process improvement changes. Approve, validate, take action, implement changes to process activities, approve nonconformities, validate internal audit results, document changes, and report validated results.
