We require: ***Quality Manager*** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Coordinator or Supervisor in manufacturing companies. Knowledge: * Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) * Quality tools and process analysis. * Sampling and inspection techniques. * Use and handling of measuring instruments. * Environmental regulations and continuous improvement processes. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise quality inspection activities for processes and finished products. * Ensure material and product release for production lines. * Analyze and follow up on non-conformance reports. * Implement corrective and preventive actions. * Prepare and present quality reports and indicators. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Train staff on quality topics and good practices. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
