Compound Control: Supervise laboratory testing of raw materials (rheometry, viscosity, density) to validate physical properties prior to molding. Supplier Management: Audit suppliers of raw materials (carbon black, polymers, accelerators) to ensure batch consistency. Continuous Improvement: Lead projects to minimize defects such as bubbles, incomplete filling, or variations in Shore hardness.
