*Responsible for ensuring and verifying compliance with external audit procedures, quality control and laboratory procedures, monitoring of indicators and departmental workload, ensuring product quality and establishing priorities to meet delivery deadlines, under efficient personnel management.* Main Functions: * Conduct process walkthroughs, verifying compliance with critical documentation, product and process points. * Ensure proper administration of the quality department, maintaining necessary supplies/records and equipment to execute activities optimally. * Monitor compliance with indicators and objectives. * Evaluate applicability of non-conformities. * Immediately inform the immediate supervisor upon detecting defects or anomalies in production. * Ensure proper functioning of measurement equipment. * Ensure compliance with Quality and HSSO policies and company policies within the quality and production departments. * Implement and maintain the 5S methodology at workstations. * Review efficiency records and established audit forms for correctness. * Collect and review correct completion of quality control forms. * Review color standards and manage their approval. * Comply with internal departmental regulations. * Provide support for all activities deemed necessary by the Quality Manager. **Requirements** Education: *Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree* Experience: 1 *year in Quality Assurance / Warranty and Management Systems areas* Knowledge*: Knowledge of sampling techniques and acceptance/rejection criteria in the textile industry, Colorimetry, Continuous Improvement Tools Skills*: Intermediate English, Intermediate Excel, Effective Communication, Timely Activity Tracking, PC (Office) Proficiency* Required Competencies*: \* Leadership \* Results Orientation \* Teamwork \* Work Quality \* Problem Solving \* Organized \* Sense of Urgency* **Offer** *Competitive salary according to region; Statutory benefits plus additional benefits such as Attendance Bonus, Punctuality Bonus, and Grocery Vouchers.
