We began operations in 2014 and have since been committed to providing the best possible experience for our guests. We currently manage over 90 properties in Roma, Condesa, Tabacalera, Juárez, and Cuauhtémoc. With several new projects underway, we are looking for people who want to join our story and continue growing with us. **Your Responsibilities:** \- Support daily inspections of our CDMX properties, ensuring compliance with HMT quality standards. \- Supervise cleaning and maintenance work, verifying that every detail is addressed. \- Collaborate in correctly setting up properties according to the Home Manual. \- Report incidents, damages, or areas for improvement to the Quality Manager. \- Provide cleaning support as needed. \- Maintain constant communication with cleaning staff to guarantee a high quality standard. \- Propose process improvement opportunities related to cleaning and property presentation. \- Implement cleaning process standardization programs and promote continuous quality improvement. **Requirements:** \- Prior experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or property management for digital platforms (housekeeping, maid service, or similar). \- Availability to travel within CDMX (car, motorcycle, scooter, or bicycle preferred). \- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. \- Availability to conduct daily visits between properties and actively participate in inspections. \- Organizational skills, accountability, and clear communication. \- Preferred age: 22 to 45 years. \- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). \- Fluent use of smartphones (for reporting, photography, and internal communication). **Benefits of Joining Us:** \- Excellent work environment. \- Paid training. \- Competitive fixed salary. \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. \- Opportunity for professional growth within the quality area. \- Rotating weekday rest days (Monday to Friday). **If you’re interested in joining our family, contact us—we’d be delighted to meet you!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
