Identify opportunities for continuous improvement **Position: Production Area Manager** **Job Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and optimize production area operations to ensure compliance with the manufacturing plan, while guaranteeing quality standards, safety, productivity, and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production personnel. * Ensure on-time, on-quantity, and on-quality fulfillment of the production schedule. * Manage human, material, and technical resources within the area. * Implement and monitor key production performance indicators (KPIs). * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and internal policies. * Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. * Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Production Planning departments. * Supervise the proper operation of production machinery and equipment. * Train and develop operational staff and line leaders. * Prepare production, productivity, and area performance reports. **Requirements** * **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
