Job Description: We are seeking a Production Supervisor for Paellas Sotomayor, a Spanish restaurant with 6 years of operation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Carry out production and dish preparation to ensure everything is executed correctly according to established manuals and procedures; propose updates to manuals when improvements are identified. * During service hours, prepare and cook dishes corresponding to your assigned area. * Follow hygiene and food handling guidelines to ensure optimal food safety and quality. * Apply the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system. * Report losses, production output, and inventory levels to the Head Chef. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar positions. * **Collaboration:** Open attitude toward feedback from the Head Chef; work jointly to uphold quality and standardization. * **Hygiene and Order:** Absolute discipline in cleanliness and organization. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $16,000 monthly gross + tips * **Statutory Benefits:** Benefits calculated at 100% of your actual salary, not the minimum wage. * **Working Hours:** 12:00–10:30 PM, Wednesday through Saturday; 11:00 AM–7:00 PM on Sundays (negotiable) * **Days Off:** Fixed Mondays and Tuesdays * **1 complimentary staff meal** from Wednesday to Sunday. * **50% discount** on restaurant products and affiliated company businesses.
