




Job Summary: Designs and coordinates overall planning, controls strategies, and manages resources to ensure continuous improvement of the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define objectives and strategic plans jointly with the General Management 2. Coordinate the implementation of programs and follow-up strategies 3. Lead management teams to achieve objectives and record progress **Job Objective:** Design and coordinate overall planning aimed at achieving objectives set by the General Management, control strategies designed to meet established goals, and manage resources to be utilized as well as applicable policies for achieving continuous improvement within the organization. **Generic Functions:** * Define, in coordination with the General Management and the company’s strategic areas, the objectives to be achieved and the strategic plans intended to position the organization in a process of continuous improvement. * Coordinate the implementation of programs, projects, and specific follow-up strategies for organizational improvement. * Define both process and management indicators to ensure achievement of established objectives. * Lead management teams/area supervisors to jointly implement requirements for achieving objectives and record related progress. * Design mechanisms to administer and validate compliance with the Quality Management System in operational areas, thereby promoting continuous improvement of the organization. * **Develop and update, together with department heads and corresponding management teams, all procedures, instructions, manuals, specifications, processes, etc.** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar position; basic knowledge of Mexican Official Standards. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** Commensurate with experience. * **Benefits:** Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * **Opportunities:** Professional development within an industry-leading agricultural company focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
