Position Summary: We are seeking a payroll leader to manage the entire payroll process, supervise CFDI stamping, calculate taxes, and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Payroll team leadership and development 2. Process optimization and payroll system utilization 3. Proficiency in CFDI Payroll and tax obligations Responsibilities: \- Manage the entire payroll process. \- Supervise CFDI stamping, cancellations, and corrections. \- Calculate ISR, subsidy, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. \- Supervise employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in IDSE\-SUA. \- Manage incidents, disabilities, vacations, and severance settlements. \- Prepare tax reports and support audits. \- Lead and develop the payroll team. \- Optimize processes and utilize Contpaqi payroll systems. Requirements: \- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field \- Availability of time \- 4 years of payroll experience. \- Proficiency in CFDI Payroll and tax obligations. \- Experience with payroll systems and advanced Excel. \- Experience in multi-branch companies. \- Skills in accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
