At SERVIDREN, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and lead the operational excellence that defines us.** **OPERATIONS MANAGER** Plan, direct, and control the company’s operations and services, optimizing human, material, and technical resources to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and profitability in the services provided to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** **Operational and Resource Management:** · Supervise the execution of cleaning services using specialized teams and ensure adherence to schedules. · Manage the operational budget, optimizing fuel, materials, and supplies usage. · Manage inventory and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet and equipment to ensure their availability. **Team Leadership:** · Lead and supervise operational staff (operators, technicians, supervisors). · Set goals, evaluate performance, and implement training and development programs to enhance team talent. **Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:** · Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety and hygiene regulations. · Investigate operational incidents and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment. · Analyze processes and propose improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. **Customer and Business Relations:** · Maintain direct communication with strategic customers, resolving complaints and escalations. · Participate in commercial proposals and technical quotations, providing operational feasibility input. · Implement improvements based on customer feedback to ensure their satisfaction. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
