At SERVIDREN, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and lead the operational excellence that defines us.** **OPERATIONS MANAGER** Plan, direct, and control the company’s operations and services, optimizing human, material, and technical resources to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and profitability in the services provided to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** **Operational and Resource Management:** · Supervise the execution of cleaning services using specialized teams and ensure adherence to schedules. · Manage the operational budget, optimizing fuel, materials, and supplies usage. · Manage inventory and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet and equipment to ensure their availability. **Team Leadership:** · Lead and supervise operational staff (operators, technicians, supervisors). · Set goals, evaluate performance, and implement training and development programs to enhance team talent. **Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:** · Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety and hygiene regulations. · Investigate operational incidents and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment. · Analyze processes and propose improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. **Customer and Business Relations:** · Maintain direct communication with strategic customers, resolving complaints and escalations. · Participate in commercial proposals and technical quotations, providing operational feasibility input. · Implement improvements based on customer feedback to ensure their satisfaction. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. (Master’s degree in Administration or Engineering preferred.) * **Experience:** * Minimum 8 years in operational roles. * Minimum 5 years in managerial positions. * Mandatory experience in vehicle fleet management and knowledge of industrial cleaning services. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in quality management systems. * Familiarity with process analysis and improvement tools. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Aspel or similar) and operational management software. * In-depth knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations. **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and ability to make decisions under pressure. * Strategic thinking and business vision. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong results- and quality-oriented mindset. * Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and solve complex problems. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to lead and transform a key area within a growing company. * A dynamic and professional work environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate experience. **Availability:** Availability to respond to operational emergencies and conduct site visits is required.
