Leadership and development of operational teams Operations Manager Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and optimizing all company operational processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and achievement of targets in production, internal logistics, distribution, and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager ensures daily operations align with ADEKON’s overall growth strategy. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 5–8 years as Operations Manager. * Age: 28 to 45 years old. **Key Responsibilities:** * Planning and Optimization of Operations * Design, implement, and supervise operational processes in production, warehousing, and logistics. * Manage inventory control systems, stock levels, and product turnover. * Evaluate and propose continuous improvements to internal processes (quality, cycle times, costs). * Establish procedures for receiving and delivering finished products. * Coordinate procurement of raw materials and supplies with key suppliers. * Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team (department heads, logistics, warehouse). * Coordinate roles and responsibilities to ensure team productivity and cohesion. * Operational Performance Monitoring * Define and monitor operational KPIs: delivery times, inventory levels, production efficiency, order fulfillment. * Quality and Safety Management * Implement and supervise product and process quality standards. **We Offer:** Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
