Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health & safety policies. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to drive decision-making. Supervise and develop department managers and team leaders. Oversee vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis for production or operational issues. Drive initiatives to reduce waste, downtime, and operational costs. Education / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the automotive sector. Proven experience managing production teams and operational budgets. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
