Analysis of operational indicators and compliance with standards **Smart People \- Emergent Cold Latam seeks an Operations Executive in León, Guanajuato** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Refrigerated and Frozen Warehouse Operations Manager** **Location:** Irapuato, Guanajuato **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ### **Position Objective** Ensure the proper operation of the **refrigerated and frozen warehouse**, guaranteeing operational efficiency, inventory control, productivity, and compliance with quality standards and customer service requirements. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise warehouse operations and ensure their efficiency. * Control **goods receipt, delivery, and inventory**. * Ensure compliance with **safety and quality standards**. * Analyze **productivity, profitability, and operational indicators**. * Conduct **operational planning and personnel allocation (headcount)**. * Supervise **Operations Coordinators and Team Leaders**. * Maintain communication with customers for **incident resolution and service improvement**. ### **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Logistics, Industrial, Business Administration or related fields). * **4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations**. * Experience in **managing operational staff**. * Knowledge of **inventory management, operational indicators, and logistics processes**. * Proficiency in **Excel and warehouse management systems (ERP or WMS)**. ### **We Offer** **Monthly salary:** $53,289.90 * Statutory vacation days \+ **25% vacation bonus** * **All statutory benefits** * **16 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo)** * **3% savings fund** **Work location:** L.
