Manage external suppliers and contractors for repairs ***VALIANT HOTELES IS SEEKING*** **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** Position Objective Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and systems, ensuring optimal operation, safety, and comfort for guests and staff. Main Functions and Responsibilities * Develop and implement **preventive and corrective maintenance plans**. * Monitor the condition of **electrical, plumbing, sanitary, air conditioning, boilers, elevators, and fire protection systems**. * Coordinate the **maintenance technical team** and assign daily tasks. * Address **maintenance reports** from guest rooms, public areas, and administrative spaces. * Manage **external suppliers and contractors** for specialized repairs. * Control the **inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials**. * Ensure compliance with **safety, civil protection, and environmental regulations**. * Prepare **maintenance budgets and expense controls**. * Implement measures for **energy efficiency and resource conservation**. * Prepare **periodic maintenance reports** for hotel management. Candidate Profile Academic Background * Degree in **Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field**. * Technicians with extensive experience are also eligible. Experience * Minimum **3–5 years** in maintenance for hotels, hospitals, or large buildings. * Experience leading **technical teams**. Technical Knowledge * Electrical systems and panels. * Air conditioning and refrigeration. * Plumbing and hydraulic systems. * Boilers and thermal equipment. * Elevator maintenance. * Fire protection systems. * **Safety and civil protection regulations**. * Use of **preventive maintenance software**.
